CREAMY ICED MATCHA LATTE: https://www.simplyquinoa.com/high-vibes-iced-matcha-latte/
ICED MOCHA | serves 1
◇ 1 cup cold brewed coffee
◇ 1 – 2 teaspoon cocoa powder
◇ 1 – 2 tablespoons maple syrup
◇ 1/2 cup non-dairy milk (optional)
Add the coffee, cocoa and syrup to a blender and blend on high until creamy. Transfer to a glass and top with non-dairy milk!
REFRESHING WATERMELON JUICE | serves 2
◇ 2 cups watermelon chunks
◇ 1 cup chopped cucumber
◇ 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
◇ 1/4 cup coconut water
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth. Line a bowl with a nut milk bag and pour juice into bag. Squeeze all the juice out and discard the pulp. Garnish with a slice of lime and cucumber!
SPARKLING BLACKBERRY LEMONADE | serves 2
◇ 1 cup blackberries
◇ 2 tablespoons maple syrup
◇ 1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
◇ Sparkling water to finish
Add the blackberries and syrup to a small sauce pan. Bring to a low simmer and mash blackberries with a fork. Simmer for 5 – 10 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature. Divide blackberry syrup and lemon juice between two glasses and top with sparkling water!
