5 Healthy Breakfast Smoothies– 1 For Each Day Of The Week

Monday– Yellow Smoothie
1/2 mug pineapple juice
1/2 mug Greek yogurt
1/2 mug icy pineapple, diced
1/2 mug icy mango
1 banana, cut
1 tsp grated ginger

Tuesday– Orange Smoothie
1/4 mug orange juice
1/2 mug vanilla Greek yogurt
1 little orange, peeled off as well as iced up
1/2 peach, peeled off and also diced
1 carrot, grated

Wednesday– Red Smoothie
1/4 mug almond milk
1/2 mug Greek yogurt
1/2 mug icy raspberries
1/2 mug icy strawberries
1/2 mug icy watermelon

Thursday– Purple Smoothie
1/2 mug pomegranate juice
1/2 vanilla Greek yogurt
1/2 mug icy blackberries
1/2 mug icy blueberries
1/4 mug cherries, matched

Friday– Green Smoothie
1/2 mug orange juice
1/2 vanilla Greek yogurt
1/2 avocado, peeled off
2 kiwis, peeled off
1 handful of child spinach

Include fluid to the blender or food processor.
Include staying active ingredients.
Mix well.
