Today, I want to share with you Japanese Christmas Cake. I had just uploaded “Holiday Cookies video”, but I can’t stop myself to do the cake! Just to be quick, for a couple of days left before Christmas. I hope this video is helpful for you guys!
〈sponge cake〉15cm mold (6 inches)
2 large eggs
80g cake flour
25g vegetable oil
300ml heavy cream
20g water ※combine sugar and water. Cook in microwave until sugar dissolves.
1 tablespoon rum
